Hey everyone!
Just wanted to let you know what FREE EVENTS we are having at BOSSLAB this weekend! On Saturday, we will be hacking together PCR machines and incubators for a few hours at sprout. we will start at noon on Saturday and go until about 6- or maybe even later! Check below for more details on that. On Sunday, we will be talking about microscopes and microscopy, and then looking at stuff under the microscopes at BOSSLAB! This will begin at 1:30, and end around 2:30. Bring your friends!
PCR HACKATHON (sat 2, 12:00 noon)
Join us at bosslab to hack on pcr machines. Not an engineer? Dont know what PCR is? No problem. Come down to bosslab and we will explain how pcr works, why it is important, and you can work with us to make a DIY PCR machine! Bring any parts/sensors/arduinos/microcontrollers you can- the more the better! We will also have all the reagents on hand to test and see if the machines work! This is free but a $5 donation to help cover reagents is appreciated!
See you at BOSSLAB! (Curious about what we do? Check the website here for pictures of our latest events!)
BOSSLAB is located at:
339r summer street, Somerville ma between the porter and Davis square red line stops.
